You never told me had your own brewery operation! I&#039;ll look forward to the updates.

Just to let you know, my uncle recently finished building/restoring his pub with added micro brewery (They&#039;re brewing real ales though). I don&#039;t know if you remember me telling you about it; I worked on it during the summer for a couple of weeks. For your own interest, here&#039;s a link to it&#039;s Facebook page:

In the Photos section there&#039;s pictures of the interior plus the micro brewery. It was a friend of his who made all the brewery equipment himself, and will keep it operating while my uncle runs the pub. His friend was a retired engineer for Hewlett Packard and is much like yourself, always working or a project or making something. There are some really ingenious things there like the cooler he made out of a radiator that automatically stays at the correct temperature.

Anyway, I hope you are well and I wish you luck with your brewing.
